Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson is dealing with a shoulder strain but should be fine to play in Week 13, coach Leslie Frazier said on Monday. Peterson ran for 108 yards in Sunday's loss to the Chicago Bears.
Peterson has dealt with a number of injuries this season but has not missed any game action. The Vikings face the Green Bay Packers in Week 13.
Fantasy Impact: Peterson is one of the toughest running backs in the NFL and it doesn't sound like this is anything for fantasy owners to be worried about. He could miss some practice time this week but that's become fairly routine for him this season.
The Vikings are still fighting for a playoff spot and certainly won't get there without Peterson. They will make sure he's ready every week. He remains a must-start in all fantasy formats.
