Danny Amendola a fantasy non-factor on Sunday with foot injury

Christian Petersen

Danny Amendola played only seven snaps in Sunday's game while dealing with a foot injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

St. Louis Rams WR Danny Amendola was clearly not himself in Week 12. According to the SB Nation Rams blog Turf Show Times, Amendola played just seven snaps in Sunday's 31-17 win over the Arizona Cardinals. He had only one target on the day and converted it into a 38-yard catch.

Amendola has struggled with injuries all season, and is currently dealing with a foot injury suffered in Week 11.

Fantasy Impact: It was a legitimate shock that Amendola was active this week, having not practiced at all and being listed as doubtful. Makes me curious why they bothered to dress him when he clearly wasn't ready to go.

Amendola's status will be monitored closely this week. He's a PPR stud when healthy, but that hasn't been often this season. Stay tuned.
