Steve Smith continues disappointing season on Monday Night Football

Steve Smith disappoints. What else is new?

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Steve Smith continued his underwhelming season on Monday Night Football against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Smith was targeted five times but caught just four passes for 60 yards. Brandon LaFell was the more productive wide receiver for Carolina in the team's 30-22 victory over Philadelphia.

Fantasy Impact: Steve Smith had a breakout 2011 campaign after many people thought his career was winding down. But Smith has regressed in 2012. While he has piled up decent yardage numbers, Smith is struggling to find the end zone.

The Panthers take on the Chiefs, Falcons and Chargers in the next three weeks, so Smith has a chance to turn things around and finish the season on a high note.
