Darren McFadden returns to practice Wednesday: Fantasy implications

Cary Emondson-US PRESSWIRE

Darren McFadden returned t practice Wednesday and is on track to make his return in Week 13. We break down the fantasy implications.

Oakland Raiders RB Darren McFadden (ankle) was back at practice Wednesday, reports Steve Corkran. This is McFadden's first practice since suffering a high ankle sprain back in Week 9, and it bodes well for his status against the Browns in Week 13.

McFadden has struggled with another disappointing season, with just 455 rushing yards and two TDs through eight games.

Fantasy Impact: This is good news if you've been stashing DMC. It's less good news if you've been starting Marcel Reece, who should return to a minor pass-catching role (Mike Goodson was also back at practice).

It's still early in the week, so things could change, but for now fantasy owners can pencil DMC back in their lineups.
