Julio Jones isn't stuffing the stat sheet like we're used to seeing. We break down the fantasy implications.
Matt Ryan hasn't been as accurate on Thursday night against the Saints, leaving Julio Jones with only a couple catches after the first half. Through two quarters Jones has hauled in two receptions for 25 yards on four targets.
Roddy White isn't even on the stat sheet, so Jones is at least showing some signs of life.
Fantasy Impact: The Falcons ground game was rolling at first, so there was no need to get pass-happy early on. If the Saints can close the gap on the scoreboard, Jones will have to be relied on more down the stretch.
Given his ability to go off at any time, owners shouldn't panic quite yet. There's still plenty of time for Jones to rack up yards.
