DeMarco Murray questionable for Sunday's game against the Eagles

Layne Murdoch

DeMarco Murray may finally get to make his long awaited return to the lineup. His return can't come soon enough for most of his fantasy owners.

Dallas Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray is officially listed as questionable on the team's injury report for Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Murray has been dealing with a foot injury and has missed the last six games. The Cowboys are hopeful that they will have Murray back against the Eagles, though, according to the Dallas News.

Fantasy Impact: DeMarco Murray's fantasy football impact has been greatly diminished this season as a result of his foot injury. This type of injury tends to linger, but Murray has seemingly put the worst of it behind him.

The Cowboys have a fairly friendly schedule the rest of the way, so if Murray proves to be healthy, he could be a valuable fantasy asset for the fantasy football playoffs.
