Alshon Jeffery has been ruled inactive for Sunday's game between the Chicago Bears and the Tennessee Titans. Jeffery will miss his third straight game due to a hand injury suffered in Week 5 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Jeffery was unable to practice throughout the week, and was listed as out on Friday's injury report. He is still considered week-to-week by the Bears, and is about a month into his initial 4-to-6 week prognosis.
Fantasy Impact: The Bears will continue to roll without Jeffery at wide receiver. As a result, expect Brandon Marshall to continue hogging targets from quarterback Jay Cutler, while Devin Hester and Earl Bennett contribute wherever they can.
The Bears' wide receivers have a good matchup this week against a Titans secondary that has given up 17 passing touchdowns on the season. Check back on Jeffery's status next week when the Bears play the Houston Texans.
