Andrew Luck is off to a nice start for fantasy owners and the Colts

Scott Cunningham

Andrew Luck looks good as he is carving up the Dolphins.

Colts quarterback Andrew Luck looks good so far in the first half with 181 yards on 12-of-16 attempts while completing a TD to Reggie Wayne. The first overall pick is sporting an impressive 132.7 passer rating.

Luck is just showing off in this game. He shows some of the best pocket presence and always seems to know when and what time the pressure is coming. One of the more impressive plays was when the Dolphins were offside and Luck used the free play on a play-action pass to hit Donnie Avery on a 48-yard completion on a post pattern. He only has one QB hit, which is mildly surprising since the Dolphins have a strong pass rush with Cameron Wake.

There's little doubt that Luck is a true QB1 in fantasy leagues and he's only getting better. Fantasy owners will be licking their chops against the Jaguars next week on Thursday Night Football.
