Matthew Emmons-US PRESSWIRE
Dez Bryant is active and will play on SNF. We break down the fantasy implications.
Dallas Cowboys WR Dez Bryant (hip) is officially active for Sunday Night Football against the Atlanta Falcons. Bryant was a game time decision and missed practice all week after banging up his hip on a heroic last-second TD against the Giants (the play later got reversed).
Bryant has 41 catches for 488 yards and two TDs on the season.
Fantasy Impact: If you were hanging on all day fearing the worst for your fantasy team, you can rest easy now. There's still the question of how effective Bryant will be on a gimpy hip--he reportedly aggravated it during Friday walkthroughs--but he's too talented to leave on your bench.
After a slow start to the season, Bryant is coming around, and can be considered a solid WR2 against the Falcons defense.
