Larry Fitzgerald returns to fantasy prominence in Week 9

Jeff Hanisch-US PRESSWIRE

Larry Fitzgerald had solid outing against the Packers. We break down the fantasy implications.

Larry Fitzgerald caught six passes for 74 yards and a touchdown in Week 9 against the Packers. Ending his two-week scoring drought, he led the team with 12 targets on the afternoon.

Fitzgerald continues to see his numbers fluctuate with the Cardinals offense, but the Cardinals appear determined to keep him as involved as possible.

Fantasy Impact: Ken Whisenhunt and his crew must have come up with a crazy idea to get their best player plenty of targets in Week 9. His past two weeks have been forgettable, but he made the most of his workload this time around.

Arizona is off next week. It will be back in action against the Falcons in Week 11, when you should still consider Fitzgerald as a No. 1 receiving option in your lineup.
