Owen Daniels keeps piling on touchdowns for fantasy owners

Thomas B. Shea

Owen Daniels found the end zone again in Week 9. We break down the fantasy implications.

Owen Daniels continues to find the end zone often in 2012. In Week 9 he caught four passes for 62 yards and a touchdown against the Bills, hooking up with Matt Schaub in the first quarter for a wide open 39-yard score.

He now has five touchdowns on the year, his highest total since 2009.

Fantasy Impact: Daniels, not Andre Johnson, is the one providing the receiving touchdowns for the Texans. He seems to be greatly benefiting from the absence of Joel Dreessen this year, making a case for TE1 status so far.

The Texans play a tough Bears defense in Week 10. Daniels will have a tough matchup, but he's been very consistent to this point.
