Antonio Brown has "mild" high ankle sprain, fantasy status in question for Week 10

Jim O'Connor-US PRESSWIRE

Antonio Brown may not play in Week 10. We break down the fantasy implications.

According to Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Mike Tomlin said Antonio Brown has a 'mild' high ankle sprain. Original reports stated he suffered was a low ankle sprain.

Brown did not return to action after the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Giants, and he was later downgraded to questionable.

Fantasy Impact: There seems to be some mystery surrounding the true nature of Brown's ankle. If he does have a high ankle sprain, you shouldn't count on him suiting up in Week 10.

Tomlin should reveal the details of his status soon, so keep an eye on the situation. It's probably a good idea to start preparing a backup plan for Brown.
