The Houston Texans are still not sure when RB Ben Tate (hamstring) is able to return. According to Rick Scurfield, coach Gary Kubiak said "I don't think I can answer that. Not as far along as we expected" when asked whether Tate would play Sunday.
Tate missed Week 9 with a hamstring issue. He has just 43 carries for 178 yards and two TDs while battling various ailments through the season.
Fantasy Impact: It's not sounding good for Tate's Week 10 status, who has disappointed fantasy owners after being touted as one of the best backup RBs in the league.
With fantasy playoff races heating up, it may be time to drop Tate and use the roster spot on someone who can stay healthy.
