Jimmy Graham had eight receptions for 72 yards and a touchdown to help the Saints beat the Eagles on Monday Night Football. We break down the fantasy implications.
Jimmy Graham had eight receptions for 72 yards and a touchdown to lead all New Orleans Saints receivers in Monday night's win over the Philadelphia Eagles. Graham also led the Saints with 11 targets on the night. Marques Colston was second on the team with four targets.
Graham has had a touchdown reception and garnered double-digit targets in both of his games back from an ankle injury. He has now scored a touchdown in five of the six full games he has played this season.
Fantasy Impact: Graham has stepped into his old role seamlessly, with no lingering signs of the ankle injury that kept him on the sidelines for the most part of two games. He should continue to be a favorite passing target of Drew Brees going forward.
The Saints take on a strong Atlanta Falcons secondary next week. In a tight matchup, expect Brees to throw more than 27 times this time. Graham should be considered a must-start fantasy tight end in all formats.
