Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch was absent from practice again on Thursday, meaning he has yet to practice this week with "back/wrist" injuries. Lynch has had back spasm issues that date back to at least last season, but the wrist injury is new.
In 2011, Lynch was a late scratch with back spasms against the Cleveland Browns in a 6-3 loss.
Fantasy Take: It's getting a little more worrisome each day that Lynch is unable to practice. He's played long enough in his career that he'd be able to probably go the full week without practicing and still carry it 20 times on Sunday, but he's getting closer to being a game-time decision.
Monitor the status of the leagues number two rusher. He should have another good game against the Jets, and has run for over 100 yards in three straight games.
