New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks practiced on Friday and is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Nicks missed practice on Wednesday because of swelling in his knee but he returned to practice on a limited basis on Thursday.
Nicks missed three games earlier this season because of a knee injury and was held to just 10 yards on one catch in last weekend's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Fantasy Impact: Fantasy owners are feeling a lot better about Nicks on Friday than they were earlier in the week. There was some speculation on Wednesday that Nicks wouldn't play because the Giants have a bye in Week 11 and would want to give Nicks two weeks to rest. Nicks on Thursday said he would play and there don't appear to have been any setbacks.
Nicks has not been great for fantasy owner this season but still remains a mid-to-low No. 2 fantasy option at wide receiver in Week 10.
