Jason Witten had four receptions for 62 yards off four targets during the Cowboys' win over the Bengals on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.
Jason Witten had four receptions for 62 yards off four targets to help the Dallas Cowboys defeat the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. Witten led the Cowboys in receiving yardage, despite being targeted less than four other pass catchers.
Witten has had at least 50 yards receiving in all but two games since the Cowboys' Week 5 bye. He has yet to score a touchdown since Week 4, however. He saw his fewest targets since the season opener on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact: Witten remains a consistent starting fantasy tight end, despite the fact that he is incapable of finding the end zone. He has been a touchdown machine throughout his career, so it's a little maddening that he can't seem to hit paydirt. Dez Bryant is the Cowboys' go-to in the end zone, having caught a touchdown in five straight games.
