Stephen Hill misses practice Thursday, Week 15 fantasy status cloudy

Ed Mulholland-US PRESSWIRE

Stephen Hill missed practice Thursday for the New York Jets due to a nagging knee injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Stephen Hill missed practice Thursday for the New York Jets due to a sprained LCL, according to Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News. Hill suffered the injury during last week's win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

There is no word yet on his status for Monday night's game against the Tennessee Titans. He missed two games due to knee problems earlier in the season.

Fantasy Impact: There is a chance that Hill will be a game-time decision, in which case he should absolutely be on your bench heading into Sunday. There's no point leaving Hill in your lineup, especially when you run the risk of not having a suitable replacement available if he is ruled out just before kickoff. With just 21 receptions for 252 yards and three touchdowns on the year, he doesn't provide much value except for those in the deepest of fantasy leagues, anyway.
