Jason Avant, Riley Cooper showing limited fantasy value in Week 15

Howard Smith-US PRESSWIRE

Jason Avant and Riley Cooper combined for 64 yards receiving on Thursday night. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jason Avant caught three passes for 44 yards on Thursday night against the Bengals, and Riley Cooper hauled in three passes for 20 yards and a touchdown in Week 15. Cooper finished second on the team with seven targets from Nick Foles.

After a huge 133-yard performance last weekend, Avant's numbers quickly returned to what we would expect from him on a regular basis.

Fantasy Impact: Foles keeps Jeremy Maclin as his No. 1 target each week, leaving Avant and Cooper to fight over what's left in the passing game. Cooper's touchdown was his second in the last three games. He at least sees a few red zone looks from Foles.

Neither wide receiver can really be relied on for your lineup with the inconsistent Eagles offense.
