Chris Johnson injury update: Fantasy value improves with probable status

Andy Lyons

Chris Johnson's early week knee scare appears to be behind him.

Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson is officially listed as probable on the team's injury report for Sunday's game against the New York Jets.

Johnson is dealing with a knee injury. He missed practice on Thursday but was a full participant in practice on both Friday and Saturday. He is likely going to play on Monday Night Football against the Jets.

Fantasy Impact: Chris Johnson has improved as the season has carried on and has an excellent matchup against the New York Jets. His knee injury was initially a scare, but it appears he should be able to play without limitations on Monday.

It's safe to start Johnson as your second running back in standard leagues in Week 15.
