AP is active, as expected, and 400 yards shy of a milestone. We break down the fantasy implications.
Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson (abdomen) is active on Sunday against the St. Louis Rams. Peterson was not expected to miss Week 15 due to the injury and this just confirms that expectation.
Less than a year after tearing his ACL, Peterson is having a career season, just 400 yards shy of 2,000 with three games left. Peterson has added 10 touchdowns to that total with 6.0 yards per carry. The Rams are improved against the run this season, but almost nobody has had success stopping the determined Peterson.
Fantasy Take: There was no worry about AP getting the start today. Plug him in and once again rank him as a top three fantasy option. His season is truly remarkable.
