Green Bay Packers wide receiver James Jones caught two touchdowns in the first half. We break down the fantasy implications.
Green Bay Packers wide receiver James Jones caught both touchdowns in the first half for the Packers as they take a 14-7 lead into the half against the Chicago Bears. Jones has three receptions for 43 yards and two touchdowns in the first half.
With Bears cornerback Tim Jennings out with a shoulder injury, Jones has been able to take advantage of favorable matchups. Randall Cobb is still leading the Packers in targets, but Jones has caught both touchdowns.
Fantasy Impact: Jones has slowed down in recent weeks after a hot first six weeks of the season. Since the Packers bye, Jones only has six receptions for 100 yards and one touchdown in three games.
Jones always has the ability to come up with a big game and he is showing that ability against the Bears. Expect the Packers to keep passing in the second half and Jones to get a few more targets.
