Megatron had another 121 yards as he moves closer to the single-season record. We break down the fantasy implications.
Detroit Lions WR Calvin Johnson inched closer to the single-season receiving yards record. Against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 15, Johnson hauled in 10 catches for 121 yards. Shadowed by Patrick Peterson for most of the day, Megatron still put up an impressive stat line.
His performance unfortunately came in a losing effort, as the Lions fell 38-10.
Fantasy Impact: As bad as the Lions' season has been, they're determined to get Megatron the record, as he had a ridiculous 17 targets Sunday.
Megatron is now just 182 yards shy of the record, and has two games to get there. He's a no-brainer WR1 start in fantasy leagues against the Falcons next week.
