Adrian Peterson goes off for fantasy owners, again

Joe Robbins

Adrian Peterson can't be stopped. We break down the fantasy implications.

Adrian Peterson took another step closer to breaking Eric Dickerson's single-season rushing record in Week 15. He ran for a ridiculous 212 yards and a touchdown on 24 carries, averaging 8.8 yards per touch.

Sunday marked Peterson's eighth game in a row breaking the 100-yard mark, and his second performance eclipsing 200 yards.

Fantasy Impact: AP broke off an 82-yard touchdown in the second quarter, so that alone satisfied his owners for the day. The Rams had no answer for him all game long, just like every other team Peterson faces.

He'll face another tough matchup next week against the Texans. It doesn't matter how tough the opposing defense is, though. Peterson will find a way to rack up the stats.
