Sam Bradford puts in solid fantasy day against Vikings

Scott Rovak-USA TODAY Sports

Sam Bradford was able to pad his stats in garbage time. We break down the fantasy implications.

Sam Bradford completed 35 of 55 passes for 377 yards, three touchdowns and an interception on Sunday against the Vikings. He was also sacked four times on the afternoon en route to a disappointing 36-22 defeat.

Two of Bradford's touchdowns came in the fourth quarter, as he helped boost his stats in garbage time.

Fantasy Impact: Garbage time or not, Bradford managed to finish with a pretty nice day for his owners. His past two games have been quite regrettable, so it was promising to see him at least step up down the stretch against Minnesota.

The Rams face the Buccaneers next week. If there was ever a time to start Bradford, Week 16 looks like the ideal scenario.
