Matthew Stafford not in jeopardy of losing job, fantasy value remains the same

USA TODAY Sports

The Lions aren't making a change at quarterback. We break down the fantasy implications.

Matthew Stafford looked awful in Week 15, completing just 24 of 50 passes for 246 yards and three interceptions against the Cardinals. Despite his woes, Jim Schwartz did not consider benching Stafford at all.

The Lions may be going through a rough patch/season, but Stafford's job isn't in jeopardy.

Fantasy Impact: This is pretty obvious news out of Detroit. An embarrassing 38-10 loss to Arizona will make plenty of fans scream for change, but no one is considering replacing Stafford.

Next week the Lions face a tough matchup with the Falcons. Stafford doesn't look like he'll be a promising option for your lineup. He has just two touchdown passes over the last two weeks.
