Danario Alexander injury update: Fantasy value improved by avoiding injury report

J. Meric

Danario Alexander's thigh injury was not enough to land him on the Chargers' injury report, which is good news for his fantasy owners.

San Diego Chargers wide receiver Danario Alexander is not listed on the team's official injury report for Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Alexander has been bothered by a minor thigh injury, which caused him to be a limited participant in Wednesday's practice. He practiced in full the rest of the week and will be able to suit up on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact: Danario Alexander has been a pleasant surprise for fantasy owners over the last month. Alexander has at least 60 receiving yards in each of his last four games. He has also accumulated 365 total receiving yards in that span to go along with three touchdowns.

Given his friendly matchup against the Bengals, Alexander is a worthy fantasy starter in Week 13.
