Calvin Johnson injury update: Fantasy value still high despite probable status

Leon Halip

Calvin Johnson has been playing through injuries all year. That hasn't stopped him from dominating opponents, so why would he start letting injuries get him down now?

Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson is officially listed as probable on the the team's injury report for Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts.

Johnson has a thumb injury, and he was a limited participant in practice all week. He appears to be a sure bet to play in Sunday's game.

Fantasy Impact: Calvin Johnson has been on an absolute tear in recent weeks, playing through injuries while piling up 619 receiving yards and three touchdowns in the last four games alone.

Johnson has returned to every week starter status, and with a friendly matchup against the Colts' secondary, Johnson is even more of a no-brainer. Remember a month ago, when people were calling Johnson a bust? Funny how things change.
