A late-week calf issue put Rice's value in doubt but he is now good to go. We break down the fantasy implications.
Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Sidney Rice is active against the Chicago Bears on Sunday as expected, though a calf injury in practice put him on the injury report as questionable late this week. Rice has a long injury history but has not yet missed a game this season, amassing 37 catches for 524 yards and six touchdowns.
The Seahawks travel to Chicago to take on the top defense of the Bears.
Fantasy Take: Good news for Russell Wilson, as he'll need every weapon he can get in Chicago. Wilson has been on fire as of late but this is going to be a huge test for him and the rest of the improving Seattle offense. Rice facing off against Charles Tillman is going to slow him down, probably to the point of a WR3 or low-end flex tag.
