Jeff Curry-US PRESSWIRE

Danny Amendola will miss Sunday's game between the Rams and the 49ers due to a foot/heel injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Danny Amendola is inactive for Sunday's game between the St. Louis Rams and the San Francisco 49ers, according to Michelle Beisner of the NFL Network. Amendola was listed as doubtful on Friday's injury report, and was unable to practice throughout the week due to foot/heel problems.

Sunday's game will be Amendola's fourth missed appearance this season. His playing status has to be considered questionable at best for Week 14 against the Buffalo Bills.

Fantasy Impact: With Amendola out, expect Chris Givens and Brandon Gibson to see increased targets in the Rams' passing game. Givens, in particular, is coming off an excellent outing. He had five receptions for 115 yards and a touchdown lat week against the Arizona Cardinals. Both players should be considered risky Flex plays going up against a stout Niners defense.
