Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick and running back LeSean McCoy are both inactive for the Eagles' Sunday night game against the Dallas Cowboys. We break down the fantasy implications.

The Philadelphia Eagles will be without quarterback Michael Vick and running back LeSean McCoy as both are still suffering from concussion symptoms.

Vick suffered a concussion against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 10 and McCoy suffered a concussion a week later against the Washington Redskins. Neither player has participated in practice since suffering their injury. Nick Foles and Bryce Brown will start in their place.

Fantasy Impact: There is still no timetable for the return of Vick or McCoy. With the Eagles season all but over, it makes sense that they will take their time and not rush back either of their offensive stars. The Eagles may hold Vick out for the rest of the season to get a good look at rookie QB Foles.

Foles has not been much of a fantasy option in Vick's place, but Brown had a good game last week against the Carolina Panthers and could be a RB2 or flex option.
