Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III was on the practice field again on Thursday, a day after going through a full practice at full speed. Griffin missed Week 15 because of a sprained knee.
Griffin still needs to be cleared by doctors to return but the rookie expressed confidence that he would play in Week 16 against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Fantasy Impact: Fantasy owners should feel good about putting Griffin into their fantasy lineups this weekend, especially if he continues to be a full participant in practice. Griffin has been one of the top quarterbacks in fantasy football this season and could held owners win a league title with a good performance against a struggling Eagles team.
Griffin, assuming he is active, is a No. 1 fantasy quarterback for Week 16 and should be started in all formats.
