The Tennessee Titans are planning to keep RB Chris Johnson for the 2013 season. Johnson is owed $10 million next year, with a $9 million guarantee that kicks in on February 9th. He signed a $53.5 million extension during the 2011 season.
Johnson ranks seventh in the league with 1,159 yards and five touchdowns.
Fantasy Impact: Johnson has been incredibly inconsistent since signing his extension, and there has been much speculation about his future with the team, but he has improved lately and, as he proved against the Jets, his speed and home run ability is still there.
CJ will be a fantasy RB2 this week against the Packers and is a solid play for the fantasy championship games.
