Chris Ivory injury update: Fantasy value disappears with questionable tag

Chris Graythen

New Orleans Saints RB Chris Ivory (hamstring) was limited in practice this week. We breakdown the fantasy implications.

New Orleans Saints running back Chris Ivory was officially listed as questionable for Week 16. The Saints tailback was limited on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, hampered by an hamstring injury.

While he is getting healthier, his status for Sunday's game is still unknown. Ivory will likely be a game-time decision when the Saints take on the Cowboys.

Fantasy Analysis: The run-by-committee in New Orleans does not do fantasy owners any good. Ivory is irrelevant in fantasy football for so many reasons. Whether it's his injury, Mark Ingram's big game last week, the presence of Darren Sproles -- Ivory does not make for a good fantasy play.

There isn't a Saints tailback that would be a recommended play this week, outside Sproles, perhaps.
