Not the most productive backfield in the NFL, but a starter nonetheless. We break down the fantasy implications.

Green Bay Packers running back Alex Green (concussion) is out on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans, according to ESPN's Chris Mortensen on Sunday NFL Countdown. Green was out of practice all week and listed as questionable. He is the Packers' leading rusher, but has just 464 yards rushing this season.

Recently added Ryan Grant will get the start and mix in carries with John Kuhn and DuJuan Harris.

Green just adds to the list of Packers running backs that haven't been able to stay healthy that includes Cedric Benson and James Starks. Green is averaging 3.4 yards per carry, while Grant has played in two games and has 45 yards on nine carries.

Fantasy Take: In a very desperate fantasy situation, Grant is the best bet, but that is not a very good bet. The Packers can't run the ball and Grant has been out for awhile, making it impossible to know how much rust there is and when it will shake off.
