Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Jeremy Maclin had one of his best games of the season. We break down the fantasy implications.
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Jeremy Maclin had a big day on Sunday, but it wasn't enough for the Eagles, who fell to the Washington Redskins 27-20. Maclin caught 8 passes for 116 yards with one touchdown.
Nick Foles missed an open Maclin in the end zone in the last minute of the game which would have given the Eagles a chance to tie or win the game. Maclin received a team high 14 targets; in the previous game against the Redskins Maclin had no receptions.
Fantasy Impact: Maclin had his second best performance of the season in terms of yards and in terms of receptions. He has been hot and cold this season and dealt with several injury problems, but looked good on Sunday and may have helped many fantasy teams win their championship.
If you are in a league that plays in Week 17, feel confident playing Maclin next weekend.
