Drew Brees tossed for 446 yards and three TDs to lead the Saints to a dramatic OT win.
New Orleans Saints QB Drew Brees played out of his mind in Week 16. Against the Dallas Cowboys, Brees completed 37-of-53 passes for 446 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions, good for a 114.2 QB Rating. Brees was on top of his game and the Dallas defense never had a prayer.
The Saints held off a furious comeback to win 34-31, effectively ending the Cowboys' playoff hopes.
Fantasy Impact: Brees has had an unusual slump recently, throwing nine picks in three games, but he has clearly snapped out of it. He was a huge boost to fantasy owners in this week's championship games.
Now at 4,781 yards, Brees has a good chance to top 5,000 for the third time in his career. The Saints host the Panthers to close out the season.
