Colts may play starters in Week 17, making fantasy decisions easier

John Rieger-USA TODAY Sports

The Colts probably won't be resting their starters in the regular season finale. We break down the fantasy implications.

Indianapolis Colts interim coach Bruce Arians may not be resting his starters in Week 17. When asked about the subject, Arians stated "we're going to win. We gotta keep rising".

The Colts clinched a playoff spot and will be hosting the Houston Texans to close out the regular season.

Fantasy Impact: Arians' statement is vague coach-speak, but all signs point to the Colts playing their starters. Houston still needs a win to get homefield advantage and are seeking their first-ever victory in Indianapolis, so they're certainly not putting on the brakes.

For all fantasy owners who play in Week 17, this matchup is easier to project than most. Start all your Colts and Texans as usual.
