Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles was sent home from the team's practice on Wednesday with an illness, according to Dake Skretta of the Associated Press.
Charles was among three Chiefs sent home due to illness on Wednesday. He shouldn't be in too much jeopardy of missing Sunday's game, since it's still very early in the week.
Fantasy Impact: Jamaal Charles has been one of the league's leading rushers this season and a surprise comeback player in fantasy football. He has over 1,60o total yards and six touchdowns so far this season.
The Chiefs' running game has a tough matchup on Sunday against the Denver Broncos, who have been stout against the run so far this season. Still, Charles is a good bet to produce.
