Brandon LaFell injury update: Fantasy value returning with health

Jeremy Brevard-US PRESSWIRE

Carolina Panthers WR Brandon LaFell returned to full participation on Sunday. We breakdown the fantasy implications.

Carolina Panthers wide out Brandon LaFell finally returned to full participation in practice this week. The Panthers receiver had been battling a bad case of turf toe, which sidelined him toward the end of the season.

LaFell was able to get back to action and should be ready to go again this weekend. On Sunday, the Panthers will take on the Saints.

Fantasy Analysis: Brandon LaFell had his share of highlights this season but was never a reliable fantasy player. The Panthers offense struggled for a good part of the season.

With the season finale upon us, LaFell does not make for great option. Best case scenario, LaFell emerges as a sleeper at flex next season with the Panthers. Keep an eye on the development of this Carolina offense.
