Chris Johnson misses practice on Thursday, fantasy value in question

Andy Lyons

Chris Johnson hasn't practiced yet this week but insists he will play.

Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson missed practice for the second consecutive day on Thursday, according to Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean.

Johnson has missed two straight days of practice with an ankle injury, but he insists that he will play on Sunday when the Titans take on the Jacksonville Jaguars in the final game of the season.

Fantasy Impact: Chris Johnson has been hit or miss throughout the fantasy football season, but his injury casts even more doubt on his fantasy value for the upcoming week. Considering he said he will play, it's safe to say he will suit up.

The Titans have an excellent matchup against the Jaguars' defense that ranks No. 31 against the run this season.
