Scott Chandler had just one reception during the Bills' win over the Jaguars on Sunday, an 11-yard touchdown in the second quarter. We break down the fantasy implications.
Scott Chandler caught just one pass during the Buffalo Bills' win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. The reception went for a touchdown from 11 yards out, however. He was the Bills' second-most targeted pass catcher, with four targets.
Chandler now has 32 receptions for 417 yards and six touchdowns on the year. He has found the end zone twice in his last four games played.
Fantasy Impact: Chandler owners lucked out. What should have been a dud turned into a serviceable performance with the score. He has found the end zone in five of the 12 games he has played this season, so the odds were not in his favor.
Chandler does remain a frequent target in the passing game, however, and he has been a viable low-end starter/backup in standard formats this season. Bad weather in Ralph Wilson Stadium could hinder his value going forward, however. The Bills play three of their final four regular season games at home.
