Bryce Brown had 169 yards rushing and two touchdowns on 24 carries during the Eagles' loss to the Cowboys on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.
Bryce Brown had 169 yards rushing and two touchdowns on 24 carries during the Philadelphia Eagles' loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. Brown also had four receptions for 14 yards off five targets in the passing game.
Brown has four rushing touchdowns over his last two games. Over that span, he is averaging over 8.0 yards per carry, showing a rare combination of speed, size, athleticism and vision. He also lost another fumble after losing two last week against the Carolina Panthers.
Fantasy Impact: Brown has been absolutely sensational for an Eagles squad in desperate need of a bright spot. He has to be considered a starting fantasy option in all formats going forward, unless you think back-to-back big performances are somehow a fluke. Dallas had been giving up just 4.1 yards per carry on the year, so there is little reason to doubt Brown at this point.
Now, if only he could figure out how to hold onto the ball.
