Brandon Myers goes off in Week 13: Fantasy Implications

Thearon W. Henderson

Oakland Raiders tight end Brandon Meyers exploded on Sunday. We breakdown the fantasy implications.

Oakland Raiders tight end Brandon Myers put up astronomical numbers on Sunday. In Week 13, the Raiders faced off against the Cleveland Brown, where Myers finished with 14 receptions for 130 yards and a touchdown.

The big pass-catching TE has been a go-to target for quarterback Carson Palmer. And even though it was a great effort on his part, the Raiders came up short, falling to the Browns 20-17.

Fantasy Analysis: Myers has become a relevant fantasy tight end. There have not been many tight ends that can be considered reliable week to week. This year was the year of the sleeper for tight ends.

Myers is in that category of player. Like Kyle Rudolph, Myers has bloomed into a viable fantasy option because of his involvement in the offense. Feel free to start Myers if you are not strong at tight end.
