Eli Manning threw five touchdowns against the Eagles to put the final nail in the Andy Reid era.
New York Giants QB Eli Manning finished a disappointing season on a high note. Against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 17, Manning completed 13-of-21 passes for 208 yards, five touchdowns and no interceptions, good for a 134.5 QB Rating. Manning and the Giants had very little trouble putting away the Eagles during Andy Reid's last game with Philly.
The Giants finish 9-7 but were knocked out of the playoffs when Chicago won their game.
Fantasy Impact: It was a nice effort to close out the season, but Manning's awful second half slump burned many fantasy owners. He's probably the biggest reason the Giants won't be playing in January.
Manning was a popular pick to take a step forward this season, but it never materialized. He's back on the QB2 radar for 2013.
