Mike Williams finishes fantasy season on a high note

Daniel Shirey-USA TODAY Sports

Mike Williams finished as the leading receivers for Tampa Bay in Week 17. We break down the fantasy implications.

Mike Williams caught six passes for 65 yards and one touchdown in Week 17 against the Falcons. He was targeted a team-high 10 times on the afternoon, three more than his counterpart Vincent Jackson.

Williams finishes the season with nine touchdowns, tripling his total from his dismal sophomore year.

Fantasy Impact: The last game against Atlanta didn't go so well for Williams, so it was good to see him step up this time around. His past two performances have been impressive and should have helped some owners seal the deal in the playoffs.

Vincent Jackson's presence, along with Josh Freeman's improvement, boosted Williams' value in 2012. Expect him to be a middle-round draft pick heading into next year.
