Alfred Morris rushed for 200 yards and three touchdowns on 33 carries during the Redskins' win over the Cowboys on Sunday night. We break down the fantasy implications.

Alfred Morris rushed for 200 yards and three touchdowns on 33 carries during the Washington Redskins' win over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night. All three numbers were career highs for the rookie selected in the sixth round of the NFL Draft last April.

Morris wraps up his regular season with 1,613 yards and 13 touchdowns on the ground. He pitched in 11 receptions for 77 yards in the passing game.

Fantasy Impact: Morris' big rookie season was surprising for a lot of reasons, not the least of which was the fact that head coach Mike Shanahan actually let one running back handle the rushing workload for an entire season. Morris should be considered an RB1 in standard fantasy formats heading into next season. He gets dinged in PPR formats, but that shouldn't stop him from being selected among the first running backs in the draft.
