Adrian Peterson did not practice on Thursday: Fantasy Implications

Dilip Vishwanat

Minnesota Vikings RB Adrian Peterson had the day off on Thursday. We breakdown the fantasy implications.

Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson did not participate in Thursday's practice, via Dan Wiederer. It appears to just be a day of rest for the veteran tailback.

Peterson is not believed to be injured, and is on track to play Sunday. In Week 14, the Vikings will take on their division rival, the Chicago Bears.

Fantasy Analysis: It goes without saying that Adrian Peterson is a must-start. For fantasy owners in the playoffs, this is the guy that help get you there.

AP will continue to be a hot commodity in the postseason, as a sure-fire RB1 in all leagues. Despite his tough match-up against the Bears D in Week 14, Peterson should be tough to slow down.
