Howard Smith-US PRESSWIRE
Jonathan Stewart missed his second straight day of practice and is not looking likely to play in Week 14. We break down the fantasy implications.
Carolina Panthers RB Jonathan Stewart (ankles) was held out practice again on Thursday. This is the second straight day of practice he's missed, making him unlikely to suit up against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 14. Stewart also sat out last week's Chiefs game.
Stewart has been a major disappointment this season, with just 336 yards and one TD in nine games.
Fantasy Impact: There's still not timetable for his return, and with Carolina's season in the gutter, there's no real incentive to rushing him back. Re-draft owners can drop him for the fantasy playoffs.
DeAngelo Williams will be the nominal starter again, but he's also done little to earn fantasy trust this season. Avoid him against the Falcons this week.
