Demaryius Thomas misses playing time, scores decent fantasy points in Week 14

Thearon W. Henderson

Demaryius Thomas took a backseat to Eric Decker on Thursday night. We break down the fantasy implications.

Demaryius Thomas caught five passes for 83 yards against the Raiders in Week 14. He finished second in targets with seven after making an early exit in the first half due to a shoulder issue.

Thomas played in the second half and seemed to be OK.

Fantasy Impact: Owners should feel lucky Thomas hasn't come up with a major injury in 2012. He's been hurt off and on in the past. However, he still manages to do whatever he can for the Broncos when healthy.

Thomas will be another top option at wide receiver against the Ravens next week. He did fight through his ailment in the second half. Just be sure to keep an eye out for his status.
